We mainly manufacture supermarket shelf,tools display,storage racks stands and many other metal shopfittings,totally has more than one hundred varieties, more than five hundred specifications,the bearing capacity of each shelf ranging from 50 to 3000 kilograms. Meanwhile, we are also capable of design various customized products to meet different clients' requirements.
After 25 years of continuous innovation and development, Yiyang series products have gradually realized new processes such as one-time automatic forming of shelf layers and backpanels, one-time welding of reinforcement, automatic punching of columns, intelligent bending automation, product surface pretreatment, drying, spraying, curing, and one-time completion by automatic pipeline. At present, advanced equipment includes laser cutting machine, automatic welding robot, and many others. Head spot welding machine, intelligent unmanned bending system, etc.
